2. Eligibility

To use FalconPro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment

4.3 Cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

6.2 DLD Data

DLD Data is sourced from official Dubai Land Department records and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of government data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy or completeness of property valuations
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Timeliness of data updates

Important: FalconPro provides market intelligence tools. Our data should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses arising from investment decisions made using our Platform
